The consulting services offered by INTECH during the first project phase enable us to define - together with the Client - scope of works together with project time schedule and essential documents for the project start. This phase is of meaningful from viewpoint of the future plant function and of the economic aspects connected with Client’s intention and achievement a technically feasible and financially acceptable solution.
When an agreement has been made INTECH prepares a contract proposal and submits this to the Client for approval. Immediately after signing the contract INTECH sets up a working team and is ready to start the work. A deadline for the project has been fixed and overall and detailed working plan will be prepared by project manager, selected as a daily leader of the project team.
